Hendersonville Farmers Market Celebrate America's 250th Birthday
The Hendersonville Farmers Market is inviting the community to celebrate America's 250th birthday with a special one-time-only Evening Market on Friday, July 3, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Maple Street in downtown Hendersonville’s 7th Avenue District.
In honor of the nationwide America 250 celebration, the market will temporarily shift from its traditional Saturday morning schedule to a festive Friday evening event featuring local vendors, family activities, and community celebration. There will be no Hendersonville Farmers Market on Saturday, July 4th, visitors are encouraged to go to Main Street to enjoy the annual 4th of July Parade and Celebration. 250th American Independence Day at the North Toxaway Baptist Church
Come celebrate the 250th American Independence Day at the North Toxaway Baptist Church on July 4th at 9AM-5PM. Marksman Mountain Music Camp 2026
Mark your calendars for the Marksman Mountain Music Camp 2026 on July 21st-24th at the Anchor Baptist Church! You'll have the chance to learn from talented instructors, collaborate with fellow musicians, and deepen your understanding of music theory in a supportive and inspiring environment. The Marksman Mountain Music Camp offers shape note singing, music theory, song leading, and vocal fundamentals. They also offer teaching on the piano, guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, and bass guitar. The cost is $175/person preregistering online or $200/person at the door. Culinary Camp 2026
You are invited for an exciting, hands-on Culinary Camp designed to give students a real-world kitchen at the Anchor Baptist Church!
The Culinary Camp will begin with orientation at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 20th, with supper provided.
Training will commence at 8:00 AM on July 21 and continue through July 24.
Each day will conclude with a joint service at 7:00 PM, creating a time of fellowship and encouragement alongside the hands-on training. The total cost for the camp is $140 per student, which includes all food, materials, and supplies needed throughout the week.
Please note: housing is not included.
